2020/21 CALL FOR PROPOSALS ON KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER (KT) RESEARCH FUND COMPETITION

Knowledge transfer grant facilitates the application of a wide range of knowledge generated through basic research. This knowledge could be very useful to industry and society. Skills and knowledge transfer grants support the wider adoption and use of models, tools and technologies with proven impacts through the transfer of knowledge, skills and expertise. Knowledge transfers proposal activities that have the potential to inform decisions about the public policy, professional practice and societal problems are highly in demand and preferred. It could be implemented, for instance, in the form of trainings, community mini-workshops, community-to-community experience sharing visits, etc.

In this regard, the Office of Research Affairs has allocated a competitive KT grant to its staff members from across different disciplines. The aim of KT grant is to support researchers in the dissemination and exploitation of the research, knowledge, expertise, and ideas generated in the research endeavor in order to achieve wider impacts and encourage outreach activities. This is, therefore, to announce for interested staff members of HU to prepare and submit a well-crafted and justified knowledge transfer proposal.
